As OEM-partner ALS Automated Lab Solutions is at your disposal with 3 mechanic engineers, 2 electronic engineers, 4 software engineers, 7 service technicians as well as 7 mechatronic technicians. In our Quality Assurance 3 technically well-trained specialists are employed to meet your demands.

When purchasing mechanical parts and components, we are supported by a big pool of regional and international distributors which was built up in the course of many years.

Based on our ERP-system and the lived quality process at ALS Automated Lab Solutions, we offer you the traceability of all parts passing through our purchasing- and production process up to the trace via using the end serial numbers of each devices. This applies to the entire progression of the implementation, the change process as well as the documentation of records concerning parts and drawings. And this for any period requested by you. Thus, spare parts or complete products are available and their history is traceable for a period of up to 7 years after production of the last batch.
